The cost of the Home Report is based on the property value and the location of the property.

The price for the provision of our reports starts from only £99. We offer great competitive prices and are happy to discount further for multiple instructions and returning customers.

Our Surveyors have undertaken all of the necessary training and are fully qualified to carry out residential and commercial services. Our Energy Assessors are RDSAP certified through ECMK. Home report consists of 3 parts as per Scottish Government Regulations. Single Survey, Energy Performance Certificate and Property Questionnaire.

Additionally a mortgage valuation can be included within a home report or instructed individually.
